We don't sell products directly

HomeGodmother is a comparison and recommendation site. We research products and help you decide what to buy, but we don't stock, sell, or ship anything ourselves. Every purchase you make happens on Amazon or on the manufacturer's own website.

Returns are handled by the seller

Because the sale is between you and the seller, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled entirely by that seller (Amazon or the manufacturer) according to their own return policies. We can't process a return, issue a refund, or change an order on your behalf.

Amazon purchases

Amazon's standard return policy typically allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, though some categories and sellers have different terms. For the full details, see Amazon's official return policy page.

Manufacturer direct purchases

If you bought through a manufacturer direct link (for example Husqvarna, Worx, or Segway), the return is governed by that manufacturer's own policy. Please refer to the return or support page on the website where you completed your purchase for their specific terms, return windows, and instructions.
